The Keeping Safe Program provides short term support and help to keep people safe. The aim of the program is to prevent the incidence of suicide and/or self-harm behaviour and decrease the need for hospitalisation.
Keeping Safe is not a crisis service but provides timely and appropriate support. It is only available during Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and is delivered by qualified, accredited mental health clinicians who provide risk assessments and brief counselling and support.
Referrals to the Keeping Safe Program can be made directly by calling us on (08) 8209 0700.
