CTG Indigenous Health Project Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Indigenous Health Project Officer for the metropolitan Adelaide region. The IHPO will join and be supported by the NHN Closing the Gap team.

The Indigenous Health Project Officer will ensure there is a focus on Indigenous health and aim to improve the integration of care across area. The IHPO will undertake activities that improve the capacity of mainstream primary care providers to deliver culturally appropriate primary care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The successful applicants will have experience in needs assessment and planning, developing multi-program approaches and cross-sector linkages, and implementing strategies to improve access to mainstream primary care providers.
